A father's day hot air balloon ride ended abruptly with an emergency landing on the Interstate 10 Pioneer Road on ramp in Phoenix, Ariz. The thing practically fell on top of me as I was heading out on another story assignment. No one was hurt and they had a bit of a celebration on the side of the road.
